Performance at DODGERS Stadium
For the third consecutive year, Asosal Ballet Folclórico de El Salvador was invited by the Dodgers for their ‘Salvadoran Heritage’ celebration. Unlike previous years when we performed on the field at Dodger Stadium, this time a stage was set up right in front of the stadium entrance. This allowed us to be much closer to the crowd and share the energy of our performance of traditional Salvadoran songs in real-time.
The audience danced along with us, and the atmosphere felt so welcoming and ‘like home’ that, as a dance group, we enjoyed this performance more than ever before. The commemorative ‘Salvadoran Heritage’ shirts even featured a couple dancing in traditional Salvadoran attire, which made the moment even more special for us.
We look forward to future invitations so we can continue to represent and take pride in Salvadoran cultural dance
